Before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, our founder, Svitlana Zaluzhna, successfully managed the social business Zorelovy and later moved into the field of family development. Her mission is to preserve and strengthen the Ukrainian family. A family built on human values lays a solid foundation for the society in which it lives.
From 2015 to 2020, Svitlana worked on implementing a human-centered approach in the Ukrainian education sector, collaborating with teachers, school principals, and the parent community.
From 2020 to 2022, she led the national initiative “Zorelovy” for family resilience. Programs included family camps, festivals, and educational events. Before the war began, more than 200 families from six countries attended family programs in the Carpathians, and corporate family programs were developed for large business companies.
My experience in Ukraine became the basis for my international work in Lithuania. We aim to bring this enriched method back to Ukraine and spread it to other European countries, strengthening families and developing society.
